How does Dance AI work?

Pick a dance and add one photo. Your photo is then sent to our AI rendering partner (Viggle / fal.ai) solely to generate that one video, and is removed on a rolling retention schedule afterwards.

I bought coins or a subscription but didn't receive them.

Open the app and reopen the Pro tab, or tap Restore Purchases. If they still don't appear, email us with your App Store receipt and we'll credit them right away.

How do coins and subscriptions work?

Each video costs 1 coin. Subscriptions refill your coins every week and unlock perks (no watermark, priority rendering); coin packs are one-time top-ups. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.

A video failed to generate.

If a generation fails, your coin is automatically refunded. Use a clear, well-lit photo with the person fully visible for the best results. Still stuck? Email us.

How do I delete my data?

Email us from the address tied to your request and we'll delete your account data and any stored videos. Details are in our Privacy Policy.
