1. The service

Dance AI turns a photo you provide into a short AI-generated dance video. Videos are created by third-party AI generation providers on our behalf and are clearly labeled as AI-generated.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required in your country) to use Dance AI.

3. Your content & your responsibility

• You confirm that you have the consent of every identifiable person in a photo you upload — or that the photo shows you.
• You keep all rights to your photos. You grant us the limited license needed to process them with our AI providers and deliver your video.
• You may not upload content listed in the Content Policy.

4. Coins & subscriptions

• Free accounts start with a small number of coins; one video costs one coin.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Trials convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Manage and cancel in your account / store settings.
• If a generation fails, the coin is refunded automatically.

5. Output

Free-tier videos carry a visible watermark and AI label. You may use your videos personally and on social media; you are responsible for how you share them and for complying with platform rules and applicable law (including disclosure obligations for AI media).

6. Termination & changes

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the Content Policy, and may update these terms with notice in the app.

7. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". AI output can be imperfect or fail; our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
